Kerjaku Pada Petang Tadi...

I saw the semifinal of the Australian Open just now and let me just say what a great match it was. It's between the world number one, Rafael Nadal and his fellow countrymen, Fernando Verdasco (I just love saying his name...seriously...)

Actually I'm never that interested in tennis compared to football to begin with. However since I started to have long holidays like the one I'm currently having...I started to experience new stuff. And since the Australian Open always starts at the beginning of the year so I might as well watch it...and the time difference between Malaysia and Australia also makes it convenience to watch (don't have to wake up in the middle of the night to watch it like football).

Anyway, I don't know about you guys but I haven't really heard the name Fernando Verdasco. But somewhere at the back of my mind I know I've heard his name somewhere before...but never mind...maybe I'll remember it later. So where was I??? O yeah, Fernando Verdasco. He's 26 of age...from Spain (duh! I've said that before)...and he's the underdog for this match. Owh...here's a picture of him...just in case you are wondering what he looks like...

That's him celebrating winning a point. Anyway, he lose the match. So there goes my other player. I'm actually a fan of Novak Djokovic, the defending champion of the Australian Open. However, he retired during the quarterfinal due to injury =(
Then I saw this Fernando Verdasco beat this Jo-Wilfred Tsonga dude who was last year semifinalist. So today I was rooting for him...unfortunately...you know what happen after that...anyway, he gave his best shot already. He really makes Nadal worked his ass off to advance to the final.

So a round of applause for Fernando Verdasco people!!!!!

Okay, now I'm off. Chiow peeps!!! Adios XD

If I Can Choose...

If I can choose my Liverpool line-up, this is how it would look like:

Reina

Arbeloa, Carragher, Agger, Aurelio (but I'm starting to like Insua...pity that he's away right now)
But I don't really have any problems with the defenders...anyone is fine by me...Hyypia, Skrtel..they're all good.

Kuyt (or Benayoun), Alonso, Mascherano, Reira

Gerrard

Torres

That's how it would look like...enough said.

Urghh!!!

I'm currently sitting in the very big and very empty library...

I went to my campus today to pick up my result slip and I have to wait for my dad to pick me up later...sometime in the afternoon. And since the new semester haven't started yet thus I give you the empty library. It's kinda nice when you have the library all to yourself. You know what I did just now??? I changed my sitting place for like 4 times! Just to get the place where the Internet speed is the fastest, hehehe =p

Anyway, I watched the Anugerah Juara Lagu last night and I really hope that Faizal Tahir would win the main category which is the Juara Lagu. But instead some indie group with a weird name which I don't really like (don't ask me why...I just don't like them, 'nuff said) won the main award =(
Urghh!!! How frustrating! At first I thought that Faizal is going to win every categories he's in since he already won the Best Peformance and Best Vocal plus the champion in Kategori Balada. So most people would think that he would win the Juara Lagu...

Never mind...3 out of 6 is already good enough. I don't really listen to Malay songs...seriously...you can asked my family and friends if you don't believe me. I mean, my fav radio station is Hitz.fm and sometimes I listen to Mix.fm, both English station. And I watched MTV and Channel V everyday, literally. So it's a really big deal when I do listen to Malay song. However there's only a few song that I listened to like this Faizal Tahir dude...I like most of his song, don't know why...maybe because he got the rocker's voice which is different than the Malay rocker's usually sound...and he doesn't wear a mask unlike someone (I'm not naming anyone) and maybe he looks like a rebel.

Hurm...what else??? I'm really2 bored. Maybe I can try downloading some movies. Owh shit! Cannot...too long. Never mind. I'll just play some games.

Chiow peeps!!! Adios XD

Turn Left, Turn Right

As I was browsing through the Astro channels last night, I saw NTV7 was showing the movie Turn Left, Turn Right starring the Japanese actor (I think he's Japanese...) Takeshi Kaneshiro. And that movie reminded me during my time at K.M.Hell Labuan when I first heard of the movie. A friend named Sugar was having a dream about that actor...a very funny dream but I won't go into details about that dream.

Considering that I never saw that movie before, so I searched around for somebody who has the CD and I finally found it. So I watched it and let me just say...how unlucky for both of them to never meet each other even though they both stayed in the same building, went to the same hospital, got admitted on the same day, with the same disease. The movie makes me realise that sometimes when you're going through your daily routine, stop for a moment and try to do it differently or maybe use a different route than your usual. Who knows who you might find there??? Your soulmate??? Your long lost friend??? Or maybe a new friend?

Anyway...It's getting cold now as it is still raining here in Kuching. Makes you feel more sleepy, no??? So...off I go. Chiow peeps!!! Adios XD

Hari Bahasa Melayu...

Okeylah, saya terpaksa pergi dahulu. Selamat jalan wahai teman-temanku...Jumpa lagi...

Music Addict...

I think I can consider myself as a music addict. I mean, I can walk pass by shops that plays music and my mouth will instantly started singing to that tune. I listen to almost any genre of music...even music in different languages such as Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Indian and Spanish/Latin.

Just now I was browsing through the tv programes and I stopped at MTV which shows one Japanese song and I remembered I heard it somewhere before but I can't remember where. And at that exact moment my brother came down from upstairs and he said "Hey! It's that song!" and then it hit me...Owh, that's the song I heard on my brother's handphone. My brother is kinda like me where we listened to any kind of music but he has more exposure from his peers who also listen to his kind of music. Whereas I get my music from the tv...that's how I update myself with the latest and different variety of music.

Anyway, back to that Japanese song. It's by Thelma Aoyama entitled Soba Ni Iru Ne. And I'm kinda addicted to it...seriously, the song kept repeating itself in my head. It's a nice song...and now I'm going to search for the translation of it. So now I hope you like this song as much as I like it myself. GTG...Chiow peeps! Adios XD

Can't Think of a Title...

Today I encountered with the ghost of my past. It's not like I'm looking for it...I just accidentally found it...And now I don't know...or how to react to it actually.

I'm currently writing this post with no 'hala tuju'...hahaha...I can't find an English word for it.

Urgh!!! Why do I have to feel this way??? It sucks! I don't like feeling things related with emotions...

I'm outta here. Can't think of anything anymore. Chiow peeps...
