Silver Linings Playbook

I just saw the Silver Linings Playbook movie with Bradley Cooper and  Jennifer Lawrence in it. And surprisingly, it's a nice movie...it's a good movie...I like it...it shows us something.

So, from my point of view...it shows how a bipolar person behaves...I mean, for me who doesn't really know/understand about this bipolar thing, it gave me a new perspective on life. And honestly, I don't blame Pat (Bradley Cooper) for beating that old creep till he almost died when he found out that the old creep was in the shower with his wife...I mean, seriously? People see this as a violence behavior and put his away at the mental institution and ignoring the fact that his wife is cheating on him??? Come on!!! If anything, that old creep deserves it...and so does the wife...too bad that he still hung up on her even after being released from the institution.

Then, there's Tiffany (Jennifer Lawrence). It shows how she handled her depression after the tragic passing of her husband. Great acting by Jennifer Lawrence by the way...she deserves all those awards. So the truth is, nobody really know how you feel in this kind of situation except yourself...and those who have suffered the same as you...who's in the same boat as you are...some might think it's a bad idea for them to hang out together, but it good for them...in a sense that they can be truthful with each other with almost anything...tell whatever is on their mind...not sugar coating it because you're afraid to hurt their feelings...::sigh::

Anyway, you gotta love Pat's character...he's trying to be positive and staying positive...hence the 'Silver Linings...'.....

Watching movies like this makes you think...be more grateful in your life...there's always a silver linings somewhere...you just gotta look for it...life too precious to be stuck at one thing only...plus, nothing can go wrong when you have your friends and family by your side to support you...

Overall, it's a sweet movie...for me...it's nice to watch something beside RomCom,lols...

Might wanna start watching inspirational movies from now on...

Anyway, that's it peeps...just wanna put my own two cents for that movie.

Ciao~
