This is by far the worst run I have ever seen for Liverpool. 4 defeats in a row...I know that maybe someone older than me might say that it's not their worst run...but as far as I know and the commentator said that they never lost 4 matches in a row...not since 1987. Which is the year I was born, and obviously at that time I have no idea about Liverpool so it's right to say I was correct.
OMG...I can't even explain what happen during those 4 matches...
I mean, at Stamford Bridge I thought that they looked solid and the match would end up with a draw...but towards the end...::sigh:: maybe the home team just got lucky...very, very lucky...
Seriously!!! We can't only rely on Gerrard and Torres...I know that Liverpool can do it!!! We all saw it last season. When both players were injured...we still won matches.
I really hate to admit it but we really miss Xabi Alonso...when he was around, the midfield looked so freaking solid. All the successful passes and the opportunities created for the strikers...just wow! But now...::another sigh::
I can't say that I'm looking forward to this Sunday's match...We need a serious wake up call, ASAP...
Owh...we also need big money to come in...cause I think that we could use another striker. Don't know who but someone...I don't know but Liverpool's current striker candidates just not good enough for me except for Fernando Torres. Ngog would be great for substitute only and Voronin...lets just say that I'm not really fond of him since the beginning. And why on earth would you loan Krisztian Nemeth to AEK Athens??? He's getting really, really good nowadays...
Some people have no confidence over young players...but when the need arises they can really really shine. Like during the Liverpool's match against Lyon recently...Martin Kelly who comes in for Glen Johnson...He played superbly...
So now that there are injuries in the Liverpool's team...I might have to choose another starting XI to suit this condition.
